She made history as the show’s first Nepali American contestant and was proud to represent her culture throughout the season. After being eliminated, she took time to finish high school and is now a student at the prestigious Berklee College of Music.
In 2023, Parijita performed ‘God Bless America’ at the Baltimore Orioles’ season opener, enthralling the audience with her melodious voice. Then In January of 2024 she captivated millions with her soulful rendition of the U.S. national anthem at the AFC divisional round game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Houston Texans.
